What we look for.

Across all three
01 — Specific

A named idea beats a stated interest. A particular house, a particular table, a particular object — and why it matters.

02 — Accurate

The Journal publishes only what it can stand behind. If a claim cannot be sourced, it does not run.

03 — Discreet

No one is named, pictured or quoted without their agreement. A piece that depends on a confidence is one the Journal will decline.
