1. What this build collects — nothing
The site you are reading is a static presentation build. It has no server, no database, no accounts and no analytics. Specifically:
- No forms submit anywhere. The newsletter, contact, event registration and contributor forms all validate in your browser, show you a confirmation, and stop. There is no endpoint behind them and no message is sent.
- No accounts exist. The Members’ Journal is a visual preview with no login and no session.
- No payment is taken. Membership subscriptions will be paid through Stripe; no payment link is active yet.
- No tracking. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed. Search runs entirely in your browser, so what you search for is never transmitted.
2. Local storage
Nothing is stored on your device. The site writes no local storage and no session storage.
No cookies are set.
3. What changes at launch
When the forms and membership are activated, this policy must be extended to state — at minimum — the lawful basis for each kind of processing, retention periods, the processors involved (mail, hosting and payments — Stripe), international transfers, and how to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
None of that can be drafted honestly until those decisions are made, which is why this page describes only what is true today.
4. Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, which serves the pages and processes standard server request logs, typically including IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the United States rest on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Vercel’s own policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

This publication is intended for a professional adult readership and is not directed at children.
